Ever had to sell a property out of state, or even just out of town, and don’t know how to find a good real estate agent?

We’ve introduced a new relocation service, through our broker, Frank Howard Allen, that has been very successful.

It works like an executive search or headhunter service. Once a market is identified, we research who the top agents are for a neighborhood or property type. Then, after interviewing them, we present up to three names and phone numbers to the client, if they wish, to call and interview.

We’re finding it to be extremely popular, more so than we had anticipated. We just set up one client with an agent in Newport Beach to sell his father’s house. Another client, who lives in Tiburon, had to sell an apartment building in Montana. We found someone who could put the whole thing together for her quickly and painlessly.

It even works if you’re buying property in another market. So if you’re thinking of getting into Boise apartment buildings, we’ll find the people who will help you do it.

It works for executive search. Why not real estate agents?
