First Time Home Buyers Seminar: Beat the Deadline For the First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit

Gina Kemsley of RPM Mortgage will also speak about the loan pre approval process, cleaning up your credit to get a better rate, and qualifying for an FHA loan with as little as 3% down. We’ll speak about the home buying process, how to get the best deal, and explore the current Marin market.
